Vendors and Entertainers, and can handle virtually all the details to make your event a rousing success!
We know what a nightmare it can be to coordinate all the special details that
go into the production of a fund-raising event, and also the "pitfalls" of all the hidden up front costs. As Members
of Your Team, RTP will guide you step by step through the "maze of details", and offer suggestions and opportunities
to increase your net profit, using our proven system. What's the catch? How can RTP afford to provide all these additional
services without charging us? It's simple! RTP wants your special event to succeed. Our income is solely derived from the
stage, sound, and lighting rental, and your top quality vendors furnish our services for you! Your only expenses
will be for advertizing and for any featured artists you choose to engage (and we'll show you how to get these services sponsored
or donated too). With proper planning and coordinated volunteer efforts, your next fundraiser could be 100% expense
free!
HERE'S WHAT WE WILL DO: Event Management Coordination We recommend beginning the planning 4 to
6 month's in advance, at a minimum. Most people don't plan to fail, but FAIL TO PLAN! When you call us, we attend your committee
meetings. We help you define your goals, and assist you in developing a step by step agenda based on your budget, and we help
you determine the most effective use of volunteers. We help you discover and utilize the "hidden talents" of your
Team Members. Our Fee for this service? $0.00
RTP is a Family owned and operated business. We have no
Corporate Board, or Shareholders to answer to. As a Christian based enterprise, we answer to a much Higher Authority. Collectively,
we have over 45 years of experience in the Entertainment business, and have participated in, and produced hundreds of successful
shows and performances, in many different settings. We have produced and coordinated numerous outdoor events, including benefits
for Easter Seals, The Florida Elks, Bike Week, and Biketoberfest. We have worked with scores of well known acts including:
Pat Travers, Riff West, The Southern Rock Allstars, Believe, Ten Days After, Jagstar, Kid Ridlyn, and a host of others.
OUR TEAM Kevin handles the advertising, promotions, business & production management, stage
security, and bookings. Our Son Michael is the Sound Engineer and Stage Manager (Mike has been performing as a professional
drummer since 1996, and also received training and served his Apprentiship as an in-house Sound Engineer at Moon Ra Studios,
in Pensacola). Mike has extensive stage experience, and has assisted in the production of over 200 shows. Our Assistant Audio
Engineer and Logistics Specialist is Grace Tresca (Grace has extensive professional stage and production experience,
and manages the Pro Audio Department for the Winter Park Guitar Center). Our Stage Tech and Equipment Operator is Dennis
Conley. Our Daughter Katie assists as a Stage Tech, and additionally serves as our Artist Relations Manager (Katie
is an accomplished violist, and has recently been selected to represent Central Florida in two performances at Carnegie
Hall). Together, we are an effective, Professional Team.
