INSTRUCTIONS
TO THE BANDS: NOTE: You may want to print this out, to share with your band mates!!!
For ROLLING THUNDER
CONCERTS:
1) EACH BAND Member is allowed 1 guest. Guests must check in with the bands.
ALSO,
please inform your Guests:
2) Only band members will be allowed in the load in area or backstage. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3) Cooperation with event staff is imperative!
4) Map & directions will be on the website. *********************************************************** What should you bring?
1) Instruments
2) Backline equipment- *please limit your amplifiers to
1/2 stacks (maximum), as stage area is very limited, and all amps will be miked thru the mains via SM-57's. All amp volume
will be controlled by the sound engineer, to ensure optimum quality and balance. Bands are also encouraged to share equipment,
whenever possible. This really speeds up change out's between sets.
3) effects pedals / processors
What
not to bring?
1) alcohol, drugs, or any other illegal substances.
2) bad attitudes! Our main objective
is to produce a quality show, and provide your band with the best performance you have ever experienced. Work with us,
you'll be glad you did!
Plan on arriving 1 hour prior to your set, and assemble drum kits and amps backstage,
30 minutes prior to your show.
*********************************************************** House Rules:
NO ONE WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA WITHOUT A ROLLING THUNDER PRODUCTIONS WRIST BAND.
PLEASE CHECK IN WITH THE STAGE MANAGER WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
1) Bands will be responsible to assist with controlling
the crowd. safety is our top priority!
2) Bands will cooperate with the Stage Manager at all times.
3)
Guests or other members of the audience, are not permitted on the stage, or backstage. NO EXCEPTIONS!
